How can we help?

Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, email us — a real person replies.

I bought something but never got the email+
Your purchase is safe — the order is recorded the moment payment clears, independently of the email. Go to Find my purchase and enter the email you bought with, and we'll re-send your access links. Check your spam folder too. If you mistyped your address at checkout, email us and we'll correct it.
Do my access links expire?+
No. Each purchase gets a permanent link you can bookmark and return to any time. If a product is later removed from the store, buyers keep access to what they already paid for.
Can I try a product before buying?+
Wherever you see a demo link, yes — and it's the complete app, not a screenshot tour. Every feature works and no signup is required; the only difference is that files exported from the demo carry a watermark. Please use it: it's the surest way to know the product does what you need before you spend anything.
You don't have what I need. Can you build it?+
Yes — that's the point of the store. Describe what you want on the home page, and we'll review it. If we build it, we'll email you as soon as it's listed so you can decide whether to buy. There's no charge and no obligation for asking.
Can I get a refund?+
Digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so sales are final — and software isn't refundable, because the free demo lets you check it does what you need before you pay. If a product is faulty or materially not as described, tell us within 5 days and we'll repair or replace it. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full. Full details in the Refund Policy.
How do I manage my Cartlyt app subscription?+
The Cartlyt app is a separate product billed on cartlyt.com. Manage or cancel it from your account there (Profile → Manage billing) — not from this store.
Is my payment information safe?+
Yes. We never see or store your card details. Checkout runs entirely on Stripe's own systems — the same payment infrastructure used by millions of businesses — and your card details never touch Cartlyt.
Why does my statement say “LINK.COM” and not Cartlyt?+
Because Link (part of Stripe) is our merchant of record. That means they handle the payment and take care of sales tax and VAT in every country we sell to, so the charge appears as LINK.COM* CARTLYT and your payment receipt is sent by Link.
I got two emails — is that right?+
Yes, and both are legitimate. Link sends your payment receipt, because they processed the payment. Cartlyt sends your product and your permanent access link. If only the receipt arrived, check your spam folder, then use Find my purchase — your order is recorded the moment payment clears, whether or not the email reached you.

Still stuck?

Email support@cartlyt.com with the product name and the email you purchased with. Including your order reference (in your receipt) helps us find it faster.
