Log the set.
See the
progress.
The workout tracker built for the gym floor. Sets pre-fill from last time, the rest timer starts when you tick a set off, and personal records announce themselves. No signal, no login, no friction.
Most fitness apps fail before your warm-up set.
You don't quit the gym — you quit the friction. Ironlog removes the three things that made you stop logging.
“Create an account to continue”
Email, password, verify, upsell. You wanted to log a bench set.
Open it and start. No sign-up, ever.
Dead signal in the squat rack
Basement gyms have iron, not bars. The spinner wins, your set is lost.
100% offline. Your data lives in the browser.
Retyping the same numbers
Every session, from scratch. Tedium is how a habit dies.
Sets pre-fill from last time. Edit, don't retype.
Built to get out of your way.
Pre-fills your last session
Add a lift and the sets arrive with the exact weight and reps you did last time — plus how long ago.
Rest timer on every tick
Tick a set done and the clock starts itself. +30s or skip. No fumbling for a stopwatch mid-set.
PRs & 1RM, automatic
Beat a record and it announces itself. Estimated 1RM (Epley) tracked honestly — a trend line, never a bar to load.
Weekly volume & streaks
Weight moved per week, sessions, streak, and a bodyweight trend that looks like real data. Progress you can see.
Offline & private
Everything stays in your browser. No servers, no tracking, no account to leak. Back it up whenever you like.
CSV export for your coach
Hand over a clean spreadsheet — weights labelled in your unit, so nothing is ever misread as the other one.
Try the real thing.
Right now.
The demo is the shipping app, loaded with six weeks of real training. Tick a set and the rest timer starts. Beat the top bench set and watch the PR land. Nothing is locked and nothing asks who you are.
Tick the ✓ on a Bench set — the rest clock starts and a PR fires.
Switch to Progress for the weekly volume chart and your records.
Open the Exercises tab — 27 lifts across every muscle group.
The same log, full-screen.
Coaches review a client's week at a glance and export a clean CSV to build the next block. Same data, same file — no cloud in between.
Last 8 weeks

No email. No password. Two choices and you're logging.
From open to first set — no wall.
Pick your unit & a weekly goal

Straight answers
Where's my data stored?
In your browser, on your device — nowhere else. No account, no upload, no tracking. Clearing site data deletes it, so take a backup before switching devices.
Is the estimated 1RM safe to load?
Treat it as a trend line, never a bar to load. It's the Epley formula from sets of 10 or fewer — above that every 1RM estimate drifts too far to trust, so the app refuses to calculate one.
What does the $24 actually get me?
The full source, no watermark, forever. Host it, modify it, rebrand it as your own product. One payment, no subscription.
kg or lb?
Either. Weights are stored in kg and only displayed in your unit, so switching never rewrites your history or fakes a strength jump.
